NAREDCO Haryana successfully hosted the landmark “Global Investment Summit – 2018” on 1st June at The Oberoi, Gurugram, bringing together national and international stakeholders under one roof. The summit spotlighted investment opportunities across Haryana and Uttar Pradesh, with a special focus on key development authorities including Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida, and Yamuna Expressway. With robust participation from industry leaders, developers, HNIs, and global investors, the event created a high-impact platform for RERA-registered real estate projects. The summit was widely covered through strategic media, PR, and outreach campaigns, enhancing brand visibility and stakeholder engagement.

The conclave served as a high-level platform to deliberate on the future roadmap for urban development and the effective implementation of RERA in Haryana. With participation from key stakeholders like government officials, real estate developers and allottees, etc. The event aimed to address structural, regulatory and infrastructural challenges concerning sectoral growth. The sessions spotlighted Haryana’s pioneering policy interventions like DDJAY, TDR, TOD and affordable housing schemes, while also identifying actionable reforms such as digital transformation, better regulatory interface and SOPs for structural safety. The overarching goal was to streamline processes, encourage sustainable urbanization and boost investor confidence in the state’s real estate ecosystem.

Invest Haryana

NAREDCO Haryana hosted its maiden convention on Real Estate and Infrastructure — “Invest Haryana: Key Investment Opportunities” — with the objective of understanding, identifying, and deliberating upon the pivotal role that the real estate and infrastructure sectors play in driving economic growth and supporting the overall development of the State. The convention served as a platform for meaningful discussions on Haryana’s evolving investment landscape, emerging opportunities, policy priorities, and the growing significance of planned urban development in strengthening the State’s economy.

Bringing together key stakeholders from government, industry, finance, and allied sectors, the convention encouraged dialogue on investment potential, infrastructure expansion, ease of doing business, and collaborative approaches to sustainable growth. The initiative reflected NAREDCO Haryana’s commitment to fostering industry-government engagement and contributing to a progressive, future-ready, and investment-driven Haryana.

NAREDCO Haryana, in collaboration with HARERA Gurugram, has successfully conducted several real estate workshops aimed at fostering greater awareness, regulatory understanding, and compliance within the sector. These impactful sessions have witnessed active participation from leading real estate developers, professionals, consultants, and industry stakeholders from across the State, creating a valuable platform for dialogue, learning, and knowledge sharing.

Focused on key industry insights, regulatory developments, compliance requirements, and professional training opportunities, the workshops have enabled participants to better understand evolving sectoral frameworks and best practices. Through expert-led discussions and interactive engagement, the initiative reflects a shared commitment towards strengthening transparency, promoting informed decision-making, and empowering Haryana’s real estate ecosystem through continuous learning and meaningful industry engagement.

Gurugram Arbitration Council (GAC- Ombudsman), the initiative of Deputy Commissioner, Gurugam, the head of Real Estate Council (NAREDCO Haryana, with its Convener, Vice President and Secretary General as its Chairman, is applicable to the present and future controlled area in term of the update Haryana Development of Urban Areas Act 1975/ RUle 1976 extending from the borders of IGI Airport, Dwarka Expressway and including Old and New Gurugram, Sohna, Manesar extending upto Dharuhera.
